Anthony J. Maestas

Anthony J. Maestas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his father Flavio, mother Soterita, brothers: Flavio J., Sam, Larry, and sister Marie.

Anthony is survived by his brother David.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1955. The fourth of six children. He was a graduate of Valley High School.

Anthony worked hard for many years as a warehouse specialist for DOE. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed relaxing at home, being with family, and watching and going to Lobo games.

He enjoyed concerts, shows, and going to the movies with his brother as well as other family members.

Anthony was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church. 

He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Until we will be reunited with him in glory. 

Anthony's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 9:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church located at 619 Copper Ave NW, 87102. Mass will begin at 9:30am.
