Bobby Otero, 66, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife Ruby Francia, her son Mike, also his children Robert Stephen Paul and his wife Joy, two sisters Eileen and Sandra, and one brother Philip.

Bobby's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 9:00 am at the Holy Child Mission Church in Carnuel located at #7 Herrera Lp. Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am. Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at the Carnuel Cemetery. reception to follow at Land Grant Hall.
