Brenda Kay Roberts, born on January 7, 1964, peacefully departed this world on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Her life was characterized by courage, warmth, and an unwavering zest for living.

Brenda was preceded in death by several loved ones, including her father Don Lee Larson an Air Force retiree. Their memories remain cherished by those who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, John David Roberts a fellow veteran of the United States Air Force, mother Ingrid Larson, father-in-law John W. Roberts a retired U.S. Navy veteran, mother-in-law Carolyn J. Roberts, and her family members also mourn her loss.

As a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Brenda served over 20 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, dedicating a significant part of her life to serving her country. Her military career instilled discipline and commitment, qualities that she carried into all her pursuits, shaping her into a resilient and dedicated individual. 

USAF LtC Lt Col (Ret) Brenda exemplified an adventurous spirit and a passion for exploration. She was an avid traveler, eager to immerse herself in diverse cultures and embrace the world's beauty. Her love for skiing and scuba diving reflected her willingness to take risks and fully engage with life's experiences. Whether gliding down snowy slopes or exploring beneath the ocean's surface, Brenda found joy and serenity in these pursuits, embodying her philosophy of living life to the fullest.

Brenda's life celebration will begin with a gathering on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Reflections Chapel located on 2400 Washington St NE, 87110. Brenda will be put to rest following the gathering at Santa Fe National Cemetery located at 501 N Guadalupe St. 87501.
