Carla Santillanes
January 31, 1955 — July 17, 2022
Carla Santillanes, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 after a ten year long battle with dementia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Santillanes; mother Esther Padilla; father Isabel Padilla, Sr.; siblings: Isabel, Jr., Luis, Flora and Victor.
She is survived by daughter Marci (Brian); son Nathan; siblings: Hermino, Alicia; three grandchildren: Mireya, Isabella, Joseph and many nieces and nephews.
Carla's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 9:30am at San Miguel Parish located at 110 San Miguel St, Socorro, NM 87801. Mass will begin at 10:00am. Carla will be laid to rest following the Mass at San Pedro Cemetery located 1.4 mi E from US 380/NM 1 intersection in San Antonio to County Rd 158; S just over 0.1 mi; Cemetery set back at end of lane on E side.
