David D. Garcia passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 at the age of 72.

He is preceded in death by his father Vicente Garcia, mother Charlotte Maez Garcia, brother Joe A. Garcia and nephew Ted Garcia, Jr.

David is survived by his brother Ted Garcia and wife Magdalena De la Cruz Garcia; nephews: Dennis Garcia, Mark Garcia, Joseph Garcia; loving and caring friend and long-time companion Irma Compus; sister-in-law Doris Martines and many other family members who he cared about a lot.

David proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force. He loved music, singing, traveling, and most of all he loved animals, especially his dogs.

David's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 12:00 pm in the Reflection of Life® Chapel located at 2400 Washington St NE, 87110. The Service will begin at 1:00 pm. David will be laid to rest following the Life Celebration at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102. There will be a reception to follow at the Whool warehouse at 516 1st street N.W. 87102.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Garcia, Mark Garcia, Joseph Garcia, Misael De la Cruz Garcia, Anthony Paiz, and Alejandro De la Cruz.
