Deborah Marie Espinoza

Deborah Marie Espinoza, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 30, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her mom and dad, grandparents, brothers, and sisters.

Deborah is survived by her husband Jesus Espinoza, son Carlos and his wife Melissa, daughter Maria and Cecilia; grandkids: Emilio, Felicity, Ariel, Ruby, Mariah, Noemahi, Natalia, Carlos, Caden; as well as great-grandkids, other family members, and friends.

Deborah lived a life defined by love, strength, and devotion to the people who mattered most to her. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, family member, and friend whose presence brought warmth, honesty, and steady care to everyone blessed to know her. Deborah will be remembered for the deep love she gave so freely, the protection she offered without hesitation, and the unwavering way she placed her family at the center of her life.

Deborah’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her family. She found her purpose in loving her children, grandchildren, and all those who looked to her for guidance, comfort, and support. Her grandkids held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Whether she was sharing a laugh, offering advice, or simply being present, Deborah made her family feel valued and loved. Her success in life was measured not by material things, but by the strong and caring family she helped nurture through her example and devotion.

Those who knew Deborah will always remember her as a woman of remarkable character. She was giving, loving, protective, strong, blunt, and caring, and these qualities shaped the way she lived each day. She spoke with honesty and never hesitated to tell the truth, but her words always came from a place of love and concern. She had a strong spirit and a generous heart, and she stood firmly beside the people she loved. Her strength carried her through life’s challenges, and her caring nature made her a source of comfort and stability for many.

Deborah enjoyed the simple pleasures that made life meaningful to her. She loved listening to oldies and especially enjoyed the timeless sound of music that brought back cherished memories. Her favorite song was “Red Red Wine” by UB40, a song that reflected her appreciation for music that could lift the spirit and bring a smile. She also enjoyed Arizona tea and red chile enchiladas, and she took pride in making the best potato salad and fruit salad, dishes that became favorites at family gatherings and special occasions. Her cooking was an expression of her love, and many will remember the comfort and joy that came from sharing a meal prepared by her hands.

She was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and followed them with enthusiasm. Her love of the team was another part of her personality that those around her came to know and appreciate. Deborah also collected elephant trinkets, treasures that reflected her fondness for meaningful keepsakes and the small things that brought her happiness. These collections, like so many parts of her life, spoke to her unique spirit and the personal touches she brought to everything she did.

Deborah’s life was one of steadfast love and enduring influence. She gave of herself generously and left behind memories that will continue to comfort and inspire those who knew her. Her family and friends will remember her laughter, her honesty, her protective nature, and the way she made people feel seen and cared for. Her legacy lives on in the lessons she taught, the meals she shared, the songs she loved, and the many lives she touched with her kindness and strength.

She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though her earthly journey has come to an end, Deborah Espinoza’s love remains woven into the hearts of her family and friends. Her memory will continue to be a source of comfort, pride, and gratitude, and her life will be remembered with affection and respect for many years to come.

Deborah's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 6:00pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Final Viewing will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 8:30am at St. Anne's Catholic Church located at 1400 Arenal Road SW, 87105. Mass will begin at 9:00am. Deborah will then be laid to rest at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery located at 2957 Arenal Road SW, 87121.

Pallbearers will be Carlos R. Espinoza, Emillio Saul Garcia, George Ratiu, Albert Victor Nevarez III, Sheldon Valdez, and Keonte Holland.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Patrico Gutierrez, Jr., Carlos J. Espinoza, Caden D. Espinoza, Hunter J. Espinoza-Secatero, Hassan Lucero Ponce, Joziah Ratiu, and Dylan Gutierrez Garcia.
