Devon Oliver Smith, 36, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019.

Devon is preceded in death by his uncles; Norman Haughton, Richard Haughton, and friend Marlon Brown.

Devon is survived by his wife of 5years Patricia Smith, father Henry Smith, mother Cynthia H. Belle, sons; Dre Smith, Mason Smith, brothers; Junior Smith, and sister Keisha Smith.
