Eileen Barr, 83, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, April 14, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Patrick V. Barr; father Andrew Twomey; mother Mary Irwin; brothers: Willie Twomey, Tim Twomey and Andrew Twomey.

Eileen Barr is survived by her sons: Andrew Barr, Raymond Barr; daughter Maria Zuniga (James); brothers: John Twomey, Martin Twomey, Connie Twomey; sisters: Betty Falkenberry, Geraldine Ryan, Maura Riordan, Margaret Pitman, also 7 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Eileen was born and raised in Ireland. She moved to Albuquerque after marrying Pat Barr. Eileen loved her grandchildren, prayer group and going to the gym.

Eileen's Life Celebration will begin with Visitation on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 11:30 am at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church located at 11509 Indian School Rd NE, 87112. Eileen will be laid to rest following the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Barr, Raymond Barr, James Zuniga, Jackson Barr, Quintin Barr, Jaret Zuniga and Jace Zuniga.
