Elias "El Aguila Negra" Lopez

Elias " El Aguila Negra" Lopez, 70, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara, father Andalecio, mother Elena, and sisters: Priscilla and Amy.

Elias is survived by his sons: Andalecio (Trish), Gabriel (Vanessa), Marty (Josephine), Anthony (Donna); daughters: Lorraine (Raymond), Yolanda (Daniel); girlfriend Beverly; brothers: Anthony "Barney (Shirley), John (Maria); sister Patsy; 24 grandchildren and too many great-grandchildren to count.

Elias was a very loving person. He loved his family with all his heart. He was an avid joker. He loved feeding the roosters that his sons had, most of all he loved his Saturday music on 89.1.

Elias was loved dearly and he will be missed very much.

Andalecio's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 10:00 am at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 11:00am. Service will begin at 11:30am. Andalecio will be laid to rest at 1:00 pm at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery located at 2957 Arenal Rd SW, 87121.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Lopez, Jr, Andrew Lopez, Jayden Montoya, Estevez Herrera, Jeremy Saiz, and Angelo Armijo.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Andy Lopez, Gabriel Lopez and Matthew Lopez.
