Elizabeth M. Milligan-Guerra, age 76, of Albuquerque went to be with our Lord Friday, August 13, 2021 surrounded by her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Suzanne and Julian Saavedra.

Elizabeth, loving mother, is survived by her son Angelo and his wife Stephanie; grandchildren: Emma and Benjamin; mother Christine Milligan and Fred Griego; companion Richard Maes; also nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth graduated from St. Mary‘s High School in 1963 and had a distinguished career with the Department of Energy where she formed many long-standing friendships.

Elizabeth’s Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Mass will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church located at 5901 St. Joseph's Dr. NW, 87120  Elizabeth will be laid to rest following the Service at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.  The family is requesting that ALL guests wear masks for ALL events.
