A devout Catholic, Elma found strength and solace in her faith, which guided her through the many chapters of her life. Her interests were as warm and inviting as her personality; she took great pleasure in shopping, savoring her beloved enchiladas, and most importantly, cherishing the time spent with her boys and grandchildren. To Elma, her family was her everything, and she embraced her role as a mother and grandmother with a purpose that shone through in every action and every sacrifice she made.

Elma's home was a reflection of her passions, adorned with the santos she collected with care, as well as an array of stylish clothes and shoes – each piece with its own story and memory attached. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she was always ready to give to those around her, whether it was a piece of advice, a comforting word, or a helping hand. Those who knew Elma will remember her as the epitome of thoughtfulness.
