Gabriel Roman Archuleta

Gabriel Roman Archuleta, 23, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026, in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Gabriel was preceded in death by his beloved father Roman Antonio Archuleta, grandmother Millie Archuleta, and grandfather Rick Aragon, Sr.

Gabriel is survived by his mother Christine Archuleta, sister Sabrina Aragon, brother-in-law Brandon Aragon, grandfather Tony Archuleta, grandmother Dolores Aragon, stepfather Marcos Ortiz, aunt Anita Aragon, uncle Jeremy Aragon, uncle Richard Aragon, Jr., Godparents Jeffery and Maria Aguilar, Godmother Carol Robinson, close cousins: Jeremy, Ricky, and Aliyah. He leaves behind a family who loved him beyond measure, as well as a wide circle of extended family and friends who will miss him deeply. 

Born on August 10, 2002, Gabriel was a bright and gentle soul who brought warmth into the lives of everyone who knew him.

Gabriel was a talented guitarist, possessing a natural gift that allowed him to express his

emotions through his instrument. Music was the language of his heart, with some of his favorite moments being learning new songs on his guitar and attending concerts of his favorite bands. His melodies will resonate forever in the memories of those he loved and shared his talent with.
