Genice "Jenny" Padilla

Another angel has gained her wings, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, Genice "Jenny" Padilla was called to heaven to be with her missed loved ones.

At the gates of heaven she was greeted and welcomed by her husband Cassy, son Sal, mother, father, brothers, as well as other family members and friends.

Jenny is survived and will continue to live through her daughter Kristy, son JR, grandchildren: Nathaniel, Kayla, Miranda, Sal, Elexia, Elecia, Elevia, Elenzo, great granddaughter Camilla, sisters, brothers, other family members and everyone she has touched.

God new she was tired and blessed her with eternal life. She has left others behind knowing that we got this.

Jenny loved the casinos and bingo and they to will miss her. As you would always say, "later never bye because bye is forever." I guess this time it's laters, until we meet again.

Jenny's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church located at 352 Pine Ave, Chama, NM 87520. Mass will begin at 10:30am. She will then be laid to rest at Chama Cemetery located 3 miles North on State Highway 17, Chama. Reception will follow at Glorybrys Taco House located at 2000 NM-17, Chama, NM 87520.
