Geraldine McGuinness

Geraldine McGuinness has gone home to our Lord, passing away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur McGuinness, Sons Martin McGuinness, Rudy McGuinness, parents Porfirio M. and Corine R. Sandoval and Brother Daniel Sandoval. 

Geraldine, survived by her son Jessie and wife Darla McGuinness, Daughter-in-law Antoinette McGuinness, and Stepdaughter Terry Morris. Grandsons, Martin W. McGuinness (Francesca), Rudy McGuinness, Richard McGuinness, Jude McGuinness, Vicente McGuinness and Paris Morris. Granddaughters, Monique McGuinness, Tenisha Perea (Brian), and Anastasia McGuinness. Great Grandsons, Martin E. McGuinness and Luciano McGuinness, and Great Granddaughter, Avianna McGuinness. Brothers, Florencio Sandoval (Lisa), Albert Sandoval (Helen), Leo Sandoval (Jeannette), Victor Sandoval (Carol), and Charlie Sandoval. Sisters, Carmen Sandoval (Steven), Julia Lopez, Helen Aragon, Patsy Lucero (Charlie), Virginia Segura (Ramon) and Isabel Baldonado. And many nieces and nephews and family friends.

Geraldine cherished her large family above all and loved spending time with them, she loved her little doggies, Sparky and Smokey, shopping, purses, watching her favorites sports teams, Atlanta Braves and Denver Broncos, local church fiestas and taking road trips.

Geraldine’s life celebration will begin with visitation at 8:30am on Saturday, June 13, 2026, followed by a Rosary at 9:30am, Mass will start at 10:00am at Salazar Funeral Homes. Burial will follow Mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
