Obituary

Gilbert J. Quintana, a man of laughter, intelligence, and courage, was born on June 6, 1945, in Manzano, New Mexico, and passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Gilbert is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Josie Quintana.

Gilbert's life was a symphony of joy, filled with the rhythm of dancing, the harmony of music, and the laughter that he loved to share. His love for life was as vast as his appetite, embracing every dish with gusto, just as he embraced every day.

A true sportsman at heart, Gilbert was a passionate fan of the Cowboys and Yankees, and his love for the game extended to coaching, where he inspired many with his wisdom and spirit. His interests were as diverse as his personality, ranging from the thrill of a good card game to the simple pleasure of making others smile. Gilbert J. Quintana's life was a testament to living fully, loving deeply, and laughing heartily. His legacy will continue to inspire and motivate us all.
