Katy was born on November 19, 1953, to Walter and Jewel Whittle. Katy was the perfect example of love, kindness, and selflessness throughout her life, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and dedication in her community.

Katy loved to volunteer her time reading to young children as an adopted grandparent in the Rio Rancho public school system. She also spent her time with older residents at an assisted living facility reading to them and conducting Bible studies with them. She brought joy to many lives with her warm presence and shared stories. Her selfless devotion to others was a testament to her kind and loving spirit.

Throughout her life, Katy found solace and inspiration in her faith. She was an avid reader of the Bible. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, providing her with strength and a sense of purpose that she generously imparted to those around her.

In her spare time, Katy cherished the simple pleasures in life. She loved solving puzzles, a hobby that kept her mind sharp and her spirit youthful. However, her greatest joy was undoubtedly spending time with her grandchildren. Their laughter and love brought her immeasurable happiness, and she treasured every precious moment spent with them.

Katy was an embodiment of love, kindness, and selflessness. She had an innate ability to make those around her feel loved and valued, always putting others before herself. Her kindness was infectious, and her selfless nature was an inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In her passing, we remember and celebrate Katy’s life. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, and her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she loved. Katy Pacheco, a symbol of love and selflessness, will be dearly missed, but her legacy of kindness and compassion will endure. Katy is now undoubtedly rejoicing in heaven with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and with her family that has gone on before her.
