Lois Ledbetter

Lois Ledbetter, aged 81, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024, surrounded by love in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Kathy, husband Jerrell, parents Anna and Delbert Felts.

Lois is survived by daughter Sheryl and husband Mark, son Kevin, granddaughter Amy and husband Nathan Brown, great-grandchildren David and Emily, granddaughter Anna Bankson-Satre and Edwin Satre.

Born on November 22, 1942, Lois's life was marked by her passion for play, love for travel, and dedication to her family.

Throughout her life, Lois engaged in spirited games, from her athletic endeavors in volleyball and tennis to leisurely pursuits like bowling, playing cards, and board games. Her adventurous spirit was most vivid when traveling with loved ones, a testimony to her belief in the value of shared experiences.

Faith and family were the cornerstones of Lois's existence, with her roles as a follower of Jesus Christ, nurturing mother and devoted wife being her proudest achievements. Her legacy is characterized by her love of the Lord, loving nature, thoughtfulness, and a zeal for life that touched all who knew her. Lois leaves behind a family shaped by her unwavering love and a community enriched by her passionate spirit.

Lois’s life celebration will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at 3:00 pm at The Heights SDA Church located 4920 Wyoming Blvd NE, 87111.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the cancer society in Lois' name would be a wonderful tribute to her and her husband Jerrell’s battle with it.
