Mark Howard Blacker passed away on August 4, 2017.
He is survived by his brothers Clifford and Robert Blacker, his son Steven Blacker, and his daughters Julie Blacker, and Janice Blacker and her spouse Shawn Sparks, as well as two grandchildren.
Mark's Life Celebration will begin with a Service on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 1:30 PM at the Reflections Chapel (Washington St NE & Cutler Ave NE). Cremation will follow the conclusion of services.
