Pamela Marie Jaramillo also known as “Spammy Hammy”, passed away surrounded by love on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the age of 46.
Pam is survived by her brothers: Jack Jaramillo, Jr. (Sophia), Francisco Jaramillo (Liza), Juan Jaramillo (Andrea), nieces and nephews: Lorenzo Jaramillo, Stephanie Jaramillo, Henry Jaramillo, Sophia “Beeps” Jaramillo, Raymond Soto, Francisco Jaramillo, Jr., Michael Jaramillo; great-niece and great-nephews: Aveah Montano, Luis Angel Juarez, and Johnathan Jaramillo.
Born on March 17, 1979, Pamela was a St. Patrick's Day baby, and perhaps that's why she was always so lucky at spreading happiness. She was the kind of person who could brighten up a room just by walking in, her smile as infectious, and her hugs as comforting as a perfectly fluffed pillow.
Pamela's hobbies were as colorful as her personality. She was often found twirling through the day, whether there was music playing or not, because why walk when you can dance, right? Tacos and pizza were her culinary partners in crime, and she was a regular at Garcia's, Kathy's, and Casa Azul. She even found joy in the guilty pleasures of Taco Bell and McDonald's.
Her life was adorned with milestones like making her first holy communion and triumphantly obtaining her high school diploma. She collected dreamcatchers, perhaps as a way to hold on to good dreams and let the nightmares slip away. Pamela's restocked the bookshelves at Bible's Plus, a Catholic goods shop.
Family was the cornerstone of Pamela's world. She kept her family humble and rooted in love. Pamela was an angel—extra special, as some would say. She didn't just walk on earth; she danced, with each step showing her love for those around her. Loving, kind, and friendly weren't just adjectives to describe Pamela.
As we say goodbye to Pamela Marie Jaramillo, let's not dwell on the silence left in the wake of her music. Instead, let’s find comfort in the laughter and love she gifted us, and keep dancing to the rhythm she set for our lives. After all, a life as beautifully lived as hers is not to be mourned, but celebrated. And so, with a smile on our faces and a dance in our steps, we remember Pamela—the woman who taught us that a life full of love is the best kind of life there is.
