Patrocino “Pat, Mr. G, Pate, Tata” Gonzales passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026 surrounded by family.
He was preceded in death by his father Luis P. Gonzales and mother Estella G. Gonzales.
Pat is survived by the love of his life of 68 years, Frances “Keka” Gonzales, son Patrick Gonzales and Crystal Sedillo and their daughter Jordyn Gonzales; daughter Laurinda and husband Jay Zook and their daughters: Krista, husband Carlos, children Layla Duran, Ellie Duran, and Braxten Duran; Miranda Zook and life partner Danny Evans; Kayla and husband Sean Nevitt; Andrea “Andi” Zook; sisters: Mary and husband Lencho Sandoval, Marcy Medeiros, Gloria and husband Paul Castillo.
Born June 22, 1947, a lifelong resident of Old Town, Albuquerque. Pat loved to ride his Harley FXR on many New Mexico bike runs. Pat and Keka loved riding with their Los Compadres Family and would tell wonderful stories of adventures they had. Pat's favorite parts of the story was meeting really great bikers on those many adventures. He always said bikers are God's gift to the road.
Pat loved collecting many pieces of historic items. Some of his best collectibles include mini-Harley's, sunglasses, and his favorite team Minnesota Vikings memorabilia.
Pat enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, cruising, vacationing with his family, listening to music at the summer fest in Old Town, and playing his guitar.
His family finds comfort in knowing that Pat has been reunited with those who went before him and is now in peace.
Pat's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 3:00pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Final Viewing will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 8:30am at Salazar Mortuary. Mass will be held at 10:00am at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church located at 2005 N Plaza St. NW, 87104. Pat will then be laid to rest at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.
