Raymond Willis II was killed near Route 66 Casino.
He was a loving brother and constant volunteer at Rio Grande Food Project. Though he didn't have a car, he found a way to drive from To'hajiilee, every week, to volunteer.
He leaves behind three children and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
A memorial service will be held in his honor, Thurs., Mar. 1, 2018, 11:30 am, at Rio Grande Church, 600 Coors Blvd. NW.
