Richard L. Maestas, 68, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Stella Maestas; brother Herman Maestas; sister Ruth Sanchez; nephew Noel Bachicha; mother-in-law Reyna Lucero; and sister-in-law Monica Lucero Mauck.

Richard is survived by his wife of 38 years Georgia Maestas; daughter Amy Maestas; sister Josie Bachicha; grandchild Elias Fierro; father-in-law George Lucero.

Richard's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 10:00 am at Shrine of the Little Flower St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church located at 3424 Fourth St. NW, 87107. Mass will begin at 10:30 am. Richard will be laid to rest following the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.

Pallbearers will be Ray Baca, Robert Garcia, Eric Vigil, and PatrickTravis.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Andy Nieto, Richard Lucero, Julian Tafoya, and Reagan Trout.
