Rosario Lerma, 93, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

Rosario was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years Elodia Lerma.

Rosario is survived by his children: Rosario Lerma, Rosa Lerma, Irma Galaviz, Cleotilda Lerma, Hida Lozano, Clemencia Lozano, Ausencia Acosta; 23 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

One of his favorite past times were gardening.

Rosario's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 5:00 pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. NW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass Final Viewing will be on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 8:30 am at Our Lady of Holy Family Catholic Church located at 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, 87105. Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Rosario will be laid to rest following the Mass at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery located at 700 Yale Blvd SE, 87106.

Pallbearers will be Rosario Lerma, Ivan Rodriguez, Daniel Lerma, Omar Galaviz, Eddie Acosta, and Pancho Lozano.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Baldo Acosta.
