Rose Marie "Dolly" Chavez, 88, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, December14, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Frank Padilla and Elizabeth Martin Padilla and her brother Frank W. Padilla.
Rose Marie is survived by her son James D. Chavez; daughters Elizabeth J. Chavez, and Susan Weiler & Ken; sister Ellie Mae James; three grandchildren David A. Chavez, Renee N. O'Higgins, and Kristine M. Ebner, three great-grandchildren Jaylin M. Ebner, Colin M. O'Higgins, and Kamryn A.Ebner; and sister in-law Alda Padilla.
Rose Marie's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 3 p.m. at Reflection's Chapel. A Mass will be celebrated at Queen of Heaven Monday, January 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow Services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Reception to follow Burial at Hacienda in Old Town.
