Ruby Leyba Yost passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the age of 89.
Ruby is survived by her daughter Louise Santillanes, sister Grace Varela, and two great-grandchildren: Jesse Chavez and Jasmine Chavez.
Ruby was born in Leyba, New Mexico on February 19, 1932 to Enrique and Lucianita Leyba. She was a woman with a belief in God. She was the strong silent type. Her favorite color was red. She was a warm, caring, loving, soft spirit and will be missed dearly.
Ruby's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Reflection of Life® Chapel inside Reflections Funerals & Life Celebrations/Salazar Funeral Homes & Crematory located at 2400 Washington St. NE, 87110. Service will begin at 3:00 pm.
