Sally C. Garcia passed away peacefully on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the age of 84.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leonardo and Lucenia Montoya; son Anthony; sisters: Theresa Jaramillo, Epifania Montoya; brothers: Joe, and Natividad.

Sally is survived by her husband of 60 years Procopio Garcia; sons: David Garcia, Leroy Garcia and wife Maggie, Bobby Garcia; sister Sophie Lopez and husband Felipe; 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Sally was born in Cabezon, New Mexico and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico at a young age. In her travel days she would go to Juarez. She would take walks everyday in her big back yard.

She was a loving and caring mom and grandma. She was known as "grandma Sally" to everyone.

Our hearts are broken, but we know she is with our Lord. She will be deeply missed. Miss you already Mom.

The family would like to extend their thanks to all of Sally's caregivers.

Sally's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church located at 1860 Griegos Rd NW, 87107.  Mass will begin at 10:30 am. Sally will be laid to rest following the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102. Due to COVID, no reception will be held.

Due to COVID masks are MANDATORY to attend Sally's Visitation and Mass.

Pallbearers will be Leroy Garcia, Joshua Garcia, Frank Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Lucas Armijo, and Dominic Martinez.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Vanessa Garcia.
