Sotero "Telle" Varela Rivera, 90, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Elena Ortiz Varela; children: Guillermo Varela, Dora I. Varela Ortiz, Lux Madrid, Maria Madrid, Yolanda Varela Ortiz; brothers: Eugenio Varela-Ofelia Jacobo, Jose Angel Delgado- Socorro Orona, Lorenzo Villegas, Victor Villegas; sisters: Hortencia Villegas, and Socorro Villegas- Jorge Garcia; 15 granchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Telle's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 5:00 pm at Reflections Chapel located at 2400 Washington St. NE, 87110. Service will begin at 6:00 pm.
