Stephanie G. Bilderbeck

Albuquerque lost one of its most dedicated amateur actresses, Stefanie Bilderbeck, on March 7, 2026. Stef bravely faced the many challenges of a long illness. 

She will be deeply missed.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Stef lived in Edgewood but had strong ties to the Jemez Mountains. She loved her career as a legal secretary. Stef was devoted to her many friends, her adored pets and her family.

All who knew Stef, thank Bruce Gorbett, Stef's long-time companion, and his mother, Yvonne Gorbett, for providing decades of love, care and adventure!! Too, thanks are extended to Margo Reaves for her steadfast and non-judgemental friendship.
