Victor Lee Saavedra passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the age of 80.

Victor is preceded in death by his father Arthur Saavedra; mother Mae Herman; brothers: Michael, Larry; and sister Mary Ann.

He is survived by his wife Anita Saavedra; children: Victoria, Dianna, Victor II; stepchildren: Donna, Corine, Leonard, Julie; also many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

All the history stories and the way he made people laugh. He loved to read, hunt, fish, golf, and he made many wood carvings. He served in the US Navy from 1961-1965.

Victor loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He was loved dearly and will be deeply missed.

A memorial mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande at 9:00 a.m.
