Christine Dominguez

Our beloved mother, Christine Dominguez, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 5,2023. 

She was 93 years old, born to Alfredo T. Martinez and Beatrice Archuleta Martinez.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raul D. Dominguez, son Kevin, and daughter Stephanie Dominguez Coleman.

Christine is survived by her children: Orae, Rebecca Long (James), Renee Garcia, Ronald (Vivien), Roland (Maria), twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Christine was totally devoted to her children and grandchildren, nurturing us with unconditional love and compassion.  She taught her children the Catholic faith which was a great gift.  In her professional life, she was a real estate agent with Century 21 in the 1970’s.  Christine was very much a people person with an effervescent personality and a great sense of humor.  She had many friends whom she dearly loved, but none more dearly than her six sisters, who were her very best friends. She is survived by sisters: Madeline La Febre and Rebecca Hernandez. 

A Rosary for Christine will be recited on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation Catholic Church located at 2309 Monterrey Rd NE, 87144. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Christine will be laid to rest following the mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.
