Eddie Trujillo

Eddie Trujillo, 61, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 12, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his father Tomas E. Trujillo; grandparents: Almenzor and Alfidez Trujillo, Meliton and Eulalia Sanchez; brother Thomas Trujillo, sister Pearl Chavez, and brother-in-law Rumaldo Chavez.

Eddie is survived by his mother Stella Trujillo, sisters: Opal Chavez, Alawn Rockhoff (Mike), sister-in-law Christine Trujillo, also many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Eddie was born on May 16, 1960 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from Rio Grande High School and played on a basketball team throughout his high school years. He was a very hard worker and enjoyed working with his hauling business, especially spending time in his commercial trucks and driving around Albuquerque. He proudly served our country in the United States Army National Guard.

Eddie's Life Celebration will begin with a Service on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 10:00 am Salazar Mortuary located at 400 third St SW, 87102. Eddie will be laid to rest following the Service at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery located at 2957 Arenal Rd SW, 87121.

Pallbearers will be Steve Sanchez, Paula Apodaca, Gustavo Arellano, Miguel Jaramillo, Rick Trujillo, and Alex Ortega.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mercedes Arellano, Christopher Trujillo, Henry Buckner, Marcus Trujillo, John Paul Padilla, and Jude Sanchez.
