Obituary
Fred Anthony Gallegos, 72, went home to God and family on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
He is predeceased by his parents Fred and Julia Gallegos; brother Charles Gallegos; and grandson Anthony Nathaniel Gallegos.
Fred is survived by his sons: Jesse Gallegos (Rosalind), Christopher Gallegos (Jeanine); daughter Magdalene Gallegos; brother Jerry Gallegos (Susan); 3 grandchildren: Julia Gallegos, Brooklyn Gallegos and Anthony Lopez.
Fred was devoted to his community, he coached youth baseball and football for many many years. Family always came first to Fred. He was the best father, brother, uncle, son and friend to walk this earth.
Fred's Life Celebration with a Visitation on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Salazar Mortuary. Fred will be laid to rest following the Service at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, 87102.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Gallegos, Christopher Gallegos, Jerry Gallegos, Anthony Lopez, Eugene Gonzales, and Tony Ray Padilla
Honorary Pallbearers will be Keirsten Gallegos and Marizol Gallegos.
