Manuel Theodoro Ortega

Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Brother-in-law, and Uncle, Manuel Theodoro Ortega passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the age of 40.

Manuel is survived by his wife Christina M. Ortega; sons: Manuel B. Ortega & Ignacio J. Ortega; daughter Aaliyah M. Ortega; father Frank I. Ortega; mother Nancy P. Ortega; nephew Joshua Mirabal; brother Francisco Ortega; sister-in-law Crystal Ortega.

Make sure you tell everyone up in Heaven, "That's nice!!!" (that was Manuel's favorite quote!) Manuel's legacy will live on through his children and nephew.

Please watch over us and protect us all. Surround us with your army of angels until we meet again. We will never forget your beautiful contagious smile. You will forever be in our hearts! Gone from earth but never forgotten, rest easy, fly high! Our family misses you and loves you dearly.

Manuel's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary to be recited on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 8:15am at St. Anne's Catholic Church locate at 1400 Arenal Rd SW, 87105. Mass will begin at 9:00am. Manuel will be laid to rest following the Mass at Pajarito Cemetery located at the intersection of Pajarito Rd. SW and Coors Blvd. SW, 87121.

Pallbearers will be Frank Ortega, Francisco Ortega, Manuel Ortega, and Ignacio Ortega.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Orlando Vigil, Jeremy Padilla, Johnny Vigil, Roger Roybal, Teddy Roybal, Alex Tafoya, Richard Tafoya, Joseph Ortega, Mario Avery, J.T. Garcia, Daniel Acuna, Gilbert Contreras, Chris Cervantes, Dominic Martinez, and Chris Parra.
