Obituary
Pablo Leon Estrada, Sr., 63, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque passed away at home on Thursday, August 24, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Estrada, Jr., mother Marcia Estrada, sister Renee, brother Robert III, grandmothers: Ophelia Estrada and Johnanna Garcia.
Pablo is survived by his son Pablo Leon, Jr., grandchildren: Santiago, Sophia; two sisters: Yvonne, Yvette; brother Mark, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
He attended NMMI and graduated from Rio Grande High School where he participated in track and football. He continued in football at Highlands University, he then attended mortuary school in Dallas, TX before joining father and brother Robert. After he retired he and his son enjoyed traveling, fishing and an occasional golf game.
Pablo's Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00 am at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. SW, 87102. He will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at a later date.
