Teresa Jiménez Tavizón, pasó a la presencia del Señor el Domingo 4 de Agosto del 2019 a los 97 años.

Teresa fue antecedida en muerte por su padre Atanasio Jiménez López, y por su madre Manuela Tavizón Ruiz, por su hija Delfina Vargas (Diego†), por su hija Martha Elena (Anselmo†), por sus hermanos Luis Jiménez, Santiago Jiménez, por sus hermanas Dolores Duran, y Petra Maldonado.

A Teresa le sobreviven sus hijos: Fidel Acosta (Hermila), Jesús Acosta (Magdalena†), y por sus hijas Ignacia Salamanca (Leoncio), María de Los Ángeles (Efrén), Benita García (Guadalupe), así como por  47 nietos, 138 bisnietos y 91 tataranietos.

Teresa Jimenez Tavizón, 97, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 4, 2019.

Teresa is preceded in death by her father Atanasio Jimenez Lopez, mother Manuela Tavizón Ruiz, daughter Delfina Vargas (Diego†), daughter Martha Elena (Anselmo†), brothers; Luis Jimenez, Santiago Jimenez, sisters; Dolores Duran, and Petra Maldonado.

Teresa is survived by her sons; Fidel Acosta (Hermila), Jesus Acosta (Magdalena†), daughters; Ignacia Salamanca (Leoncio), Maria de Los Angeles (Efren), Benita Garcia (Guadalupe), also 47 grandchildren, 138 great grandchildren and 91 great great grandchildren.

Teresa's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation and Prayer Service on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Final Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 9:00 am at Casa Del Rey located at 2500 Corona Dr NW, 87120. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gerardo Casas, Martin Hernandez, Caleb Martinez, Nathan Garcia, Omar Hernandez, and Esteban Casas.
